Ms. Evelyn Scroggs, passed away at St. St. Tammany Parish Hospital, on July 22, 2021, at the age of 89. She was born on August 19, 1931 in Franklinton, LA.
Evelyn was preceded in death by her husband Leroy Morrell "Bordie" Scroggs; parents William Hessie Stafford and Bertha Elmer Crockett Staffford; a baby boy; and sisters Zellie Davis, Gladys Adams, Ouida Authaume.
Ms. Scroggs is survived by her daughter; Linda Sue O'Quinn of Mandeville, LA, sons James L. "Larry" Blackwell (Della) of Cheyenne, WY., Richard A.
