Beloved wife of 40 years to Donald Palm, Jr. Loving mother of Gary (Kimberly Werkheiser) Mays, Penny (Howard) Felton, Donald (Keisha) Palm, Walter (Mariana) Palm and the late Billy and Randy Mays. Beloved sister of Robert (Kim) Hoffman, Ron (Ann) Schofield and the late Si Hoffman. Joyce was also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, cousins, nieces and nephews.
