JOSEPH PELLETIER

The funeral of Joseph Pelletier, 86, of 38A Beacon street, who died December 11, was held from the Arthur J. Scott funeral home on Monday at 9 a.m., with a high mass of requiem, offered in the Sacred Heart church, Lawrence, by the Rev. Regis Sirois. S. M. pastor. The Sacred Heart High School choir sang "Pie Jesu" at the offertory, and "Jesu Salvator Mundi" at the post-communion. Burial was in the Sacred Heart cemetery, where Father Sirois conducted committal services.

The bearers were : Herve Croteau, Wilfred and Herve Pelletier, Louis and Roland Ouellette and Roger Raymond.

Born in Edmonston, New Brunswick, Mr. Pelletier made his home here in Andover for the past 13 years. He is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Henry Raymond and Mrs. Raymond Carter of Bangor, Me., two sons, Maxime and William J. of Millinocket, Me., one sister, Mrs. Lydia Brooks of Island Falls, Me., 23 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
