Son of Jonathan Allen and Nancy Ann Dougall. Nephew of John Allen The Elder. Married Sidney Jemima Creighton around 1846 but died without issue. See the Second Heir and Devisee Commission case file number 40-3377 "Creighton, Thomas (1850)" which contains 130 pages related to the settling of his estate. File contains an affidavit from the Rev. Macaulay detailing his burial.
