Ambrose Salisbury was the son of Stephen (33631020) and Rhoda (Brown)(33631018). He was born June 4, 1792 in Conway, Franklin Co., Mass. His wife Anna was the daughter of Joseph Vandemark. She was born in 1796. They were married February 12, 1815 in Phelps, Ontario Co., NY. They had one son who died in infancy, and one daughter Helen, who married Stephen Culver of Newark, NY. Ambrose was the younger brother of my 3X great grandfather Milburn, so not a direct ancestor of mine, but this info might help his descendants connect to his ancestry.
