SHELBYVILLE, Dec. 1. - Shelbyville friends of Lloyd Downs and Miss Cora Kircher have but just learned of their marriage in St. Louis Wednesday evening.
Mr. Downs, the son of Mr. and Mrs. Henry Downs, is a plumber and well known in Shelbyville.
Mrs. Downs is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Lewis Kircher of South Vine street. She was bookkeeper for Dr. Thompson for a number of years, resigning her place in his office only a few weeks ago.
The young people will make their home in 2118 Long street, where the bridegroom has lately purchased a home.
