Daughter of Mary (Kent) and Harold Avery. She raised her nine children throughout the South Shore. She attended Massasoit Community College and graduated with an Associate's Degree in Respiratory Therapy at the age of 55. She was a member of the Respiratory Team at Brockton Hospital until her retirement. She had lived with her daughter in Bridgewater since 1996. She is survived by her children, Debra Belloli and her husband, Thomas of Bridgewater, Tina Metzler and her husband, Robert of Marshfield, Frank A Gazerro and his wife, Valerie of Brockton, Mary Deveau and her husband, Daniel of Plymouth, Alfred Gazerro and his wife, Sheila of East Bridgewater, Joseph Gazerro and his wife, Elizabeth of Middleboro, Donald Gazerro of Bridgewater, Lori Murphy and her husband, William of Hull, and Lynn O'Donnell and her husband, Michael of Hull; nineteen grandchildren, and sixteen great-grandchildren.
