Harriett Everett-Justus age 84 passed away July 14, 2021.Born in Columbus Ohio July 3, 1937 to the late Harry and Evelyn Brown. She is preceded in death by her parents, beloved daughter Deborah Lynn Cook, sisters Sherry and Gwendolyn, late husband Edwin R. Cook, Kenneth Everett and Ross Justus.

She is survived by sons and daughters, Rickey Merlin Cook, Diane E. Mohr, Nanci Marie Coville, Brian Edwin Cook and Jeffrey Scott Cook, Great Grandchildren, Grandchildren, Nieces and Nephews.

As a family matriarch, mother enjoyed decorating for the seasons, growing house plants and had several hobbies and crafts. Mother was strict and taught us all to be independent in life. In 1969 Mother pursued a career with diligence and determination as a Hair Dresser. She was a hair dresser for years in the Upper Arlington area.

Mother was an avid member of St. Andrews Catholic church in Upper Arlington.

Family and friends can visit Monday July 19,2021 from 4PM to 7PM at EGAN-RYAN FUNERAL HOME 403 E Broad St Columbus Ohio. Mass of Christian Burial Tuesday July 20,2021 11:00 am at Our Mother of Sorrows Chapel on the grounds of St. Joseph Cemetery 6440 S. High St. Lockbourne, OH.
