Mr. Thomas Smith, "Papa", 75, passed away on Monday, May 25th at his residence in Shreveport. Papa was a loving husband, father and grandfather. Papa never met a stranger.
Mr. Smith was preceded in death by his parents Fred and Jessie Smith, and sister Louise Cocherell. Mr. Smith is survived by his wife of 55 years Merlyn Smith, daughter, Monica, husband Mark Clevenger and family, daughter Tina, husband Mike Tomlson and family, daughter Tammie, husband David Nuban and family, son Thomas Lee Smith, Jr. wife Rhonda and family. He also leaves 13 grandkids and 4 great grandkids.
The family would like to give a special thanks to Dr. Robert Massingill, Willis Knighton Hospice and a special thanks to Ms. Suzanne.
