"Newark - Albert A . Parks died January 6th at the home of his daughter , Mrs. A. M. Dillenbeck , aged 79 years. Deceased was born and brought up in this town and lived here always except for a few years in Marion. In young manhood he was married to Maria VanAuken and to them four children were born, only one of whom, Mrs. Helen Dillenbeck, survives. Since the death of Mrs. Parks several years ago, he has resided with his daughter. Deceased was the last of a family of ten children of Henry and Charlotte Parks. For many years Mr. Parks had been an earnest, loyal member of the Christian church, almost always present at the services of the church, and performing faithfully the offices of a deacon."
