Schooling: Attended grade school in Herrin, Illinois and graduated from Herrin Illinois High School, Class of 1942. After being discharged from the Army he graduated from St. Louis Business College.
Military: Army Veteran of WWII.
Occupation: Employed by Norfolk Western Railroad, which later became Norfolk Southern Railroad his entire working life, retiring in 1986.
Church: A member of the Morrison United Methodist Church. He was very active in the church and sang in the Choir with his wife, Arlene..
Interests: Loved traveling with his wife Arlene.
Survivors: 1 Daughter, Cynthia M. Cravens of Lady Lake, FL and 1 Granddaughter, Talia Marie Estrada of Orlando, FL.
