Funeral services will be held at 2:30 p.m. Friday, July 9, 2021 at Campbell-Lewis Chapel in Marshall with William W. Harlow officiating. Burial will follow at Union Cemetery north of Marshall. Visitation will be from 1:30 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. Friday at the funeral home. Born August 16, 1939 in rural Marshall, he was the son of the late Arthur Millard "Mitt" Adcock and Goldie Wilson Adcock. On November 15, 1970 he married Barbara E. Herndon Pauley who survives of the home. Bob lived in Saline County most of his life and retired from Kraft Foods, later becoming Rose Acre Farms, after 38 years of service. Bob served in the United States Army Reserves and was an avid outdoorsman who loved to hunt.
In addition to his wife, Barbara; he is survived by two daughters, Kathleen Ellen Toliver (Steve) of Marshall and Vicky Ann Thomas (Jeff) of rural Malta Bend; two grandsons, Jerald Allen Toliver (Haley) and Ulyesses Thomas; five great grandchildren: Dante Lee Thomas, Hayden Allen Toliver, Jaycee Marie Toliver, Carlee Revay Toliver and Tristan Hardy Toliver; one brother, Paul L. Adcock of Napton; as well as many nieces, nephews and other extended family.
Bob was preceded in death by his parents and four siblings: Earl Lynn Adcock, Harold Wayne Adcock, Leonard Dale Adcock and Shirley Adcock Mendenhall.
