Willis J. Riggs, 54, of Shawneetown, IL formerly of Carrier Mills, IL died Sunday July 4, 2021 at 8:35 pm at Deaconess Midtown Hospital in Evansville, IN. Willis has been cremated. A memorial service will be held at a later date. Felty Funeral Home in Carrier Mills, IL is assisting the family.
He was born on September 7, 1966 in Rosiclare, IL to the late Joseph Riggs and Rebecca (Millikan) Riggs whom survives.
He married the former Debbie Lamb on June 13, 1994 and she survives.
He attended the Christ Gospel Church in Evansville, IN.
He is survived by his Wife: Debbie Riggs of Shawneetown, IL; Mother: Rebecca Riggs of Carrier Mills, IL; 2 Daughters: Krystal Davis and Kara Boyd; 2 Step sons: Jeremy Potts and Jesse Potts; Brother: Joe Riggs of Harrisburg, IL; 17 Grandchildren: Bentley, Olivia, Adalyn, Jaiden, Abby, Ian, Blakelyn, Everleigh. Oaklyn, Dylan, Megan, Elijah, Abigail, Cameron, Teagan, Payton and Holden; 2 Great Grandchildren: Cayden and Creed.
