Aaron 'Dale' Flatt, 62, of Bloomington Springs, Tennessee, passed away Friday afternoon, July 2, 2021 at Cookeville Regional Medical Center. He was born in Detroit, Michigan on August 19, 1958 to Thelma Jewel Flatt and the late Aaron Clifford Flatt of Bloomington Springs. Dale worked at Russel Stover Candies followed by the
Plateau Mental Health Center. He was self-employed in his later years. He was an avid outdoorsman who loved hunting and fishing. He enjoyed visiting with friends, taking care of his dog, and spending time at Twin Lakes Catfish Farm.

Dale was a member of Pippin Church of Christ. His family, especially his grandchildren, were the center of his life.

In addition his mother, he is survived by a son: Sean (Hillary) Flatt; his daughters:
Kasey (John) Nichols, and Kayla (Dalton) Satterfield all of Putnam County; grandchildren: Josiah, Silas, and John David Nichols, as well as Zane and Pate Flatt all of Putnam County;
his sister: Linda (Don) Randolph of Putnam County; mother in law, Joan Dyer of Putnam County; sister-in-law: Linda Loftis of Putnam County; his brothers-in-law: Steve (Pat) Loftis of Seneca, South Carolina; Mark (Tammy) Loftis of Putnam County; Alan (Angie) Loftis of Putnam County; step brother-in-law: Russell (Janet) Dyer of Putnam County; step sister-in-law Martha Dyer of Putnam County, special cousins: Sandy (Eric) Jacobson and a host of nieces and nephews.

In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by his wife of 43 years, Judy Flatt; brother-in-law; Mike Loftis, father-in-law; Johnny Ray Loftis, his step-father-in-law;
Paul Dyer, and step-brother-in-law; Bob Dyer.

Services will be on Monday, July 5th with visitation till the time of service.

Randy Bybee and Ronald Strong will officiate the service, along with his grandson Josiah Nichols. Dale will be buried at Double Springs Cemetery.
