Thomas Ed Doran, New Hope, died Thursday at the Huntsville Hospital.
The funeral will be today at 2 p.m. at the New Hope Methodist Church. Burial will be in the Hayden Cemetery. The Rev. Ron Shell will officiate with the New Hope Funeral Home in charge.
Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Jewell Doran; three sons, Jerald Doran, Birmingham, and James Doran and Billy Doran, both of New Hope; three brothers, Grayson Doran of Grant, Henry Doran of New Hope and John Doran of Oklahoma City; a half-brother, Bonnie Joe Smith of New Hope; two sisters, Mrs. Freida Blount of Anniston and Mrs. Mattie Dudley of Woodville; three half-sisters, Rosemany Miller and Cornelia Hunkapiller, both of New Hope and Mrs. Ed Wilbanks of Scottsboro; and three grandchildren.
