GEORGE A. COFREN

ROCKPORT, Oct. 2--Private funeral services will be held tomorrow for George A. Cofren, 92, father-in-law of Ray Kierman, city editor of the Boston Traveler, and a resident of Malden and Melrose for many years.

Mr. Cofren, who died Saturday, was a native of Livermore Falls, Me., and a member of the Mount Vernon Lodge, A. F. & A. M, of Malden for 54 years.

He leaves a son, Warren L. Cofren, and a daughter, Mrs. Irma Kierman, Boston.
