The son of an Abilene couple fell 12 stories to his death Wednesday morning when a balcony railing on a Dallas apartment project collapsed as he leaned against it. Dead is Harmon S. Williams, 38, son of Mr. and Mrs. Howard Williams, Route 2, Abilene. Williams was a supervisor for Southwestern Bell Telephone Company and was in charge of installing service at the Turtle Creek North Apartments construction project. Williams and his wife made their home in Garland.
