Annie Lee (Ann) Perkins Combs, wife of Ray Combs, of Hays passed away June 7, 2007 at Elkin Health Care Center.

Mrs. Combs was born in Wilkes County on December 18, 1927 to Dr. Samuel Luther and Sallie Parks Perkins.

In addition to her husband, Mrs. Combs is survived by two daughters, Christine C. Williams and husband, Ronnie and Alisa C. Elledge; one brother, Sammie Perkins and wife Metella (Toots); four grandchildren; and two great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held at Oak Ridge Baptist Church.

Burial will be in the church cemetery.
