Mr. Owen moved to Phoenix 20 years ago from where he had worked for a munitions company. He was born in McLean, Tex.
Services will be at 2:30 p.m. tomorrow in Sunset Chapel, 301 W. Camelback. Friends may call there from 2 to 8 p.m. today. Burial will be private in Glendale Memorial Cemetery.
Survivors include a sister, Mrs. Leona Nix of Phoenix; two other sisters and four brothers out of state.
