On July 20, 2021, I received the following message from Janet K:

F.Y.I. - I discovered that a part of Thomas Holliday Shuler's cremains ARE in Arlington National Cemetery. Joan must have kept some to be buried with her but respected his wishes to be interred in Arlington. I've sent a link to his Arlington mausoleum space.
Best wishes in bringing your family and friends to life again through the stories and photos...and sharing them. I think I would have liked Joan also! In Forest Lawn Cemetery, she is buried next to 2nd husband, John Steegman and shares her burial space with cremains of Thomas Shuler. I can completely understand that under the circumstances.
Sincerely,
Janet

Note: Thomas Holliday Schuler is also interred in Columbarium 4 QQ-26-5, Arlington National Cemetery, Arlington, Virginia.
