Funeral services for Cleta Belle Zook will be 2:00 p.m. Friday, June 25, 2021, at the New Song Church in Waynoka with Rev. Tosh Miller officiating. Interment will be in the Waynoka Municipal Cemetery.
Cleta Belle Zook, daughter of the late Alfred Henry and Leona Pear (Hall) Paris, was born June 11, 1940, in Woods County, Oklahoma, and passed away June 19, 2021, in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, at the age of 81 years and 8 days.
Cleta Belle attended Highland School through the 8th grade and graduated from Waynoka High School. On March 28, 1958, she was united in marriage to Jakie Lee Zook in Waynoka. They lived in Waynoka where she was an insurance agent.
Cleta Belle attended the New Song Church. She was a member of Lone Star HCE and Atheneum Club.
Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Jakie; and one sister Louise Durkee.
Cleta Belle is survived by her son, Larry Zook and wife, Linda, of Waynoka; one daughter Lynetta Braun and husband, Bill, of Hobart; six grandchildren, Jacob Gamble and wife, Kelly, of Decatur, Texas, Caleb Zook and wife, Machelle, of Waynoka, Russell Zook and wife, Dana, of Kingfisher, Mary Belle Zook and partner, Beau Adams, of Shawnee; Jessica Braun and Matt Braun; nine great grandchildren, Madison Belle Gamble of Decatur, Texas, Kennedy Zook of Waynoka, Kade Zook of Waynoka, Norah Zook of Kingfisher, Holt Zook of Kingfisher, Ada Belle Adams of Shawnee, and Alanna Salvato, Katie Salvato, and Joey Salvato, all of Decatur Texas; other relatives and many friends.
