age 76, passed away June 15, 2021. Beloved husband of Vesta "Carol" (nee Click); loving father of Roger (Angela) Warner, Rhonda Warner (John Szakal), Robyn Warner and Tanya (Steve) Sheppard; cherished grandfather of Kyle Warner, Amanda Warner, Raymon (Dava) Warner, Ryan Marquis, Rylee Fisher, Rybecca Kubisen; great grandfather of Raygen and Renleigh; dear brother of Robert (Cynthia) Warner, Randy (Sharon) Warner and the late Ricky Warner. Roy graduated from West Tech High School in 1963. He retired as a Cleveland Police Sargent in 1996. He then worked at the Lorain County Drug Task Force for 14 years where he was known as "Uncle Roy." Roy was a great man and friend of many. He was devoted to his family and he loved being "Papa" to his grandchildren. He was like a father to everyone. He enjoyed Cleveland sports, deer hunting and fishing. He loved cats and dogs. He was honest, hardworking, kind, and to say he was forgiving is an understatement. The family will receive friends on Sunday, June 20, 2021 from 12-4 PM in the Chapel at Sunset Memorial Park, 6245 Columbia Rd. North Olmsted, where the Funeral Service will be held on Monday at 1 PM.
