Service for Lester L. Klawunder, 81, will be at 10 a.m. today at Thornhill Valley Funeral Home. Burial will be at Pines Cemetery.
Mr. Klawunder, who was born in Buckeye, Washington, died Sunday.
He married Joyce Wilcox in 1938, and they moved to Valleyford, Washington, where he was a farmer.
Mr. Klawunder served in the Army during World War II.
He was a lifetime member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 1435 and the Disabled American Veterans.
His wife preceded him in death.
Survivors include sons, Larry and Kenneth Klawunder; three grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
