Frances J. McCartney, 84, of Brighton, died June 16 at St. Joseph Hospital. She was born February 18, 1915, to William and Helen West.
She was a homemaker.
She is survived by two sons, Allan Blitz of Brighton and James Talkington of Royal Oak, one stepson, Freeman McCartney of Lorain, Ohio, eight grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
Funeral services were held June 19 at Keehn Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Fairview Cemetery.
