Athol Scott Cambern, 60, and died at the family home, 608 Naida Street. Mr. Cambern was a cowboy and rancher owner in this section of the Panhandle. He moved to this area in 1903 and was a cowboy for George Walstad on a ranch north of Pampa. Later, he and his brother, Walter Cambern, owned a ranch 14 miles north of Pampa. The two men sold the ranch in 1927 and Mr. Cambern moved to Pampa.
Survived by his wife; one son - Walter Scott Cambern; his mother; one sister - Mrs. Walter Wooten; two brothers - Dan Cambern, Wayne Cambern.
