Joe David Moscon was born in Santa Rosa, California in 1952. He lived there for 40 years before moving his family and business to Memphis, TN in June of 1996. Here in Memphis, he owned and operated GD Erlich Landscape & Design which later became Smart Water Irrigation, for 20 years. Among many other things, he was the Memphis HOG Chapter Director for 3 years, and served on the Board for Shelby County Drug Court for 2 years.

During his time here, you could usually find him eating lunch at Side Car Café during the week or driving around to visit customers on Saturdays. He loved riding his Harley, having dinner with his best friend, Tim at the casino, and spending weekends at Heber Springs Marina with family and friends.

He is preceded by his wife of 30 years, Susanne and his son Stephen Luciano.

He is survived by his children and their spouses: Joseph (Kelly), Angelina, Nicholas (Rachel), Frederick, Daniel (Lisa). He is also survived by 13 grandchildren.

The family will receive friends from 10am until 11am with a memorial service at 11am on Sunday, June 6,2021 at Family Funeral Care, 4925 Summer Avenue, Memphis, TN 38122.
