This is probably Solomon David Stainbrook born 27 May 1841 (or 1840) in PA to John and Susanna (Kiser) Stainbrook. My Dad, Robert Milton Stainbrook, remembered that Uncle Saul could no longer take care of himself (he lived alone in South Dakota), so his family got him to Montana to his daughter, Cora. Cora Louisa Stainbrook married (1) Henry Cayce, (2) Raymond Calvert (3) Ralph Taylor. Cora is #91798280. My Dad never heard again about his Uncle Saul. Solomon David Stainbrook, born in 1840, would have been about 77 years old in 1917, not 69 years old. However, they do not have a birth date. Saul's state of senility may not have let him give his caretakers an accurate age.
