"Mrs. Alice Lisby, 85, rural Wheeling, died Tuesday at Hedrick Medical Center.
She was born Aug. 24, 1895, at Bedford to David and Lydia Gray Green. She was married to John J. Lisby on Aug. 9, 1922. He died on Jan. 23, 1969. Also preceding her in death were her parents, four sisters and a brother.
Survivors include two sons, Everett Dale Lisby of Wheeling and Darrell Eugene Lisby of Aurora, Ill.; five grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held at the Wright Funeral Home in Meadville Friday at 2 p.m. with the Rev. Lawrence Hammond officiating. Burial will be in the Wheeling Cemetery." The Chillicothe Constitution-Tribune (Chillicothe, Missouri), September 3, 1980
