DANVILLE – Scott Romayne Lund, 40, of Danville passed away at his residence at 6:12 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 7, 2007.

Scott was born Dec. 23, 1966, in Woodstock, the son of Romayne and Jeanette Maguire Lund. On March 31, 1990, he married Janet Thomas in Georgetown. He is survived by his wife, father, Romayne, brother, John (Samantha) Lund, and also by a host of aunts, uncles and cousins. He was preceded by his mother, Jeanette, and an infant brother. Scott was employed by the USPS as a rural mail carrier. He had a passion for photography, music, computers and electronics. Scott also had a vast collection of model cars. Everyone will miss him for his great sense of humor and kind and generous nature. Scott was one of Jehovah's Witnesses. A celebration of Scott's life will be held at 3 p.m. Monday, Nov. 12, 2007, at Sunset Funeral Home & Cremation Center. Edward Lovett will officiate. Burial in Oakridge Cemetery in Catlin.

Visitation from 1 p.m. until time of service at 3 p.m. Monday.
