Joe Flanagan, 66, of Somerset, KY, formerly of Russell County, passed away Saturday, May 15, at Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital in Somerset, KY.
Joe was born in Somerset, KY on August 22, 1954; a son of the late Mary (Mitchell) and Attis E. Flanagan.
He was a retired Paramedic-Firefighter.

wife: Evelana (Johnson) Flanagan of Somerset, KY
2 daughters: Amelia Ashley (Chris) Pabey of Jamestown, KY; and Michelle Brooke Flanagan of Somerset, KY
a son: Jason (Valerie) Flanagan of Lawrenceburg, KY
a sister: Linda Flanagan (Gary) Cox of Lawrenceburg, KY
a brother: Dan (Ginny) Flanagan of Campbellsville, KY
He is survived by 3 grandchildren: Connor James and Anthony Kirk Flanagan, and Cherry Lily Pabey
He is preceded in death by his parents, and a brother, Rudy Flanagan.
