Mr. Barry Thomas Stricklan, age 74, passed away on Wednesday, May 12th, 2021 at his home. He was a resident of Rockwood, Tennessee where he graduated from Rockwood High School. Barry served in the National Guard for 8 ½ years. He enjoyed searching for Arrowheads and other Indian Artifacts and loved listening to Bluegrass music. Barry was an excellent Finish Carpenter and enjoyed making things from Wood. He enjoyed spending his days kayaking down Whites Creek and cruising down the back roads.

He is preceded in death by his parents: Thomas and Willie Rose Stricklan; Brother: William Anthony "Tony" Stricklan, and nephew: William Anthony "Tony Jr." Stricklan. He is survived by:

Graveside and interment service will be on Wednesday, May 26th, 2021 at 2:00 pm in the Roane Memorial Gardens in Rockwood, TN with military honors conducted by the Roane County Military Memorial Honor Guard. Evans Mortuary is serving the family of Mr. Barry Thomas Stricklan.
