She is survived by her husband, Wayne Lee Henry; four children, Kenneth Wayne Simmons (Carrie), David Lerty Simmons (Carolyn), Richard Forrest Simmons (Cheryl), Elizabeth Ann Cummings (Scott). She is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren. The family will receive friends and family on Monday, March 28, from 10 to 12 p.m. at Staples Mill Road Baptist Church, 10101 Staples Mill Road, Glen Allen, Va. 23060, where a funeral service will be held at 12 p.m. Interment to follow at Westhampton Memorial Park.
