Besides her husband, she is survived by a daughter, Mrs. Thomas Phipps of Louisville, Kentucky; two brothers, Joseph B. Woolfolk and Edwin H. Woolfolk; one sister, Mrs. C. W. (Hester) Rogers.
She will be buried at Odd Fellows Cemetery.
