Patsy Jane Watts was born June 12, 1947 in Perry County, Kentucky; the daughter of the late Arthur Fletcher and Mary Cooper Fletcher. She was united in marriage to Lonnie Watts of London, who survives. She is also survived by her children Lonnie Watts, Jr. and wife Michelle, and Arlene Watts Keith and husband Scott Broughton, all of London; siblings Lannie Fletcher and wife Sue of Knoxville, Tennessee, and Peggy Cumbow of Abingdon, Virginia; three grandchildren Josh Keith and fiancé Melissa Smith, Kendra Anders and husband Ernest, and Jordan Watts and wife Carolyn; two great-grandchildren Madison Anders, and Penelope Watts; plus a host of other family and friends to mourn her passing. In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by twelve siblings.
Patsy was a housewife, and was affiliated with the Baptist faith.
Patsy Jane Watts departed this life Wednesday, May 19, 2021 being 73 years, 11 months, and 7 days of age.
Funeral services for Patsy Jane Watts will be conducted at 2 pm Friday in the Bowling Funeral Home Chapel with Jeff Lewis officiating. Burial will follow in the AR Dyche Memorial Park in London.
