Jack Packard was a graduate of Lodi High School (class of '61) and joined the US Army in July 1961 where he proudly served his country.

Jack, 18, was one of 107 people on board a Flying Tiger Super-Constellation airliner, Flight 739, which vanished Thursday, March 15, 1962 in the Pacific Ocean enroute from Guam to Manila, Philippines, with a final destination of Saigon, South Vietnam.

PFC. Packard is survived by his parents, Vivian and Wesley of Lodi, Wisconsin, three brothers and a sister.
