Cordelia Ann Bodie Darby (78) passed away in Atlanta, Georgia. She was the widow of Henry Louis Darby of Huntsville, Alabama. Married Louis Anthony Bodie on May 16, 1964 and later divorced on 27 October 1969. Born in New York, New York, she became a licensed Registered Nurse for her first career. She later earned her Bachelor's degree from Athens State College, her Master's degree from University of Alabama in Huntsville, and her Juris Doctor degree from the University of Alabama. She was in the private practice of law for her second career, until her retirement. Cordelia was a member of the Twickenham Town Chapter, National Society Daughters of the American Revolution. Even as a single parent, she was very involved in all of her sons' extracurricular activities while they were growing up, including scouting, swimming, and theater. After raising her sons, she enjoyed traveling and dancing. She made life-long friends in every activity in which she participated.

She was predeceased by her brother John Patrick O'Hehir, her beloved aunt Marie L. Moore, and her parents John and Cordelia O'Hehir.

Her earthly remains were interred alongside her great grandmother Isabell MacLean, her grandparents John and Cordelia Moore, her aunt Marie L. Moore, and her uncle John Moore, Jr.
