"SCHMECK, BLANCHE, 91, of Dunedin. died Wednesday (July 16, 2003) at Mease Dunedin Hospital. She was born in Livonia, Ind., and came here in 1959 from Reading, Pa. She worked 18 years in vitamin sales for the former Caryl's Natural Foods in Clearwater and was an antique dealer. She was a volunteer at Dunedin Library and worked in the concession stand at Grant Field. She was a founder of Dunedin's National League Fields and was honored in 1962 by the city of Dunedin. Survivors include a son, John, Dunedin; and several nieces and nephews. Curlew Hills Funeral Home, Palm Harbor."
