Death of Mrs. Garwood
Had Been A Resident of Topeka Thirty-Five Years
Mrs. Sarah Garwood, 82, a resident of Topeka for thirty-five years, died Sunday evening at the home of her grandson, Albert Hook, rural route 6.
Mrs. Garwood is survived by her husband, Abraham Garwood, her brother, Sam Tildrick, Winside, Neb., and three sisters, Mrs. Selina McGee, Rittman, Ohio; Mrs. Elizabeth Dearth, Newcornerstown, Ohio; and Mrs. Alice Davidson, Opportunity, Wash.
The funeral services will be held Tuesday afternoon at the home of her grandson, Mr. Hook. The body will be taken to the Valencia cemetery for burial.
