Millie J. (Sinclair) Vance, was the daughter of Anderson Sinclair, Sr., and Hester (McMillan) Sinclair.
She was mar. to Green Pryor Vance in Mississippi, and enumerated in Pontotoc Co. MS censuses in his HH with children.
Sometime in the mid-1870's the Vance families and Sinclairs moved into Grant Co. AR ; Green P. and family evidently stayed in Grant Co., as Green Pryor d. in 1880, per family history. Some of the Sinclairs and Vances moved on westward and are found in Yell Co. AR 1880 censuses...some having died there and other, Minerva Vance, died in Latimer Co. OK, just west of Yell Co.
Unk at this time where Millie Jane's father, Anderson, Sr is bur, as he did not appear on any 1880 censuses we have found. Hester, her mother died in MS and is bur . in Tula Cem. there.
