Final Services Will Be Held Sunday Afternoon.
Mrs. V. H. Ward, of Mountain View, died Fridav afternoon following a brief illness. She had been a resident of Clayton county all her life.
Funeral services will be held at 2 o'clock Sunday afternoon from the residence.
Interment will be in Jonesboro cemetery, with J. G. Evans, funeral director, in charge.
Mrs. Ward is survived by two daughters, Mrs. M. Coursey, of East Point, and Mrs. N. W. McCracken, of Mountain View; three sons, Dr. J. T. Ward, of Austin, Texas; J. S. Ward, of Atlanta, and W. R. Ward, of Mountain View : a sister, Mrs. S. V. O'Neal; two brothers, G. W. Thomas, of Alabama and S. A. Thomas, of Jonesboro, and four grandchildren.
