Mrs. Emma Elizabeth Luce, 93, 216 Frank St., died Friday at her apartment after a lengthy illness.
Born in Illinois, Mrs. Luce had been a resident here nearly 60 years. She was the widow of Riley Luce.
Her only survivors are grandchildren, nieces and nephews. None live in Council Bluffs.
