Ann Marie was peacefully taken to our Lord on march 14, 2011 in Tucson, AZ after a courageous battle with progressive supranuclear palsy (PSP). She was born on July 24, 1940 in Denver, the daughter of Clement and Florence Fenton Dompierre. Ann was a graduate of St. Francis de Sales High School and St. Joseph's Hospital School of Nursing in Denver. She then began a career spanning five decades as a labor and delivery nurse, helping to deliver thousands of babies to grateful parents in San Francisco and the Denver area, in addition to raising two sons of her own, Ann was a loving wife, a devoted mother, a doting grandma, an outstanding nurse, and a dear friend to many. She is survived by her husband Jim; son Sean, daughter-in-law Amanda Seaman, and her grandchildren, Benjamin and Anna, all of Amherst, MA; son Matthew of Escondido, CA; and brother Brian Dompierre of Indian Hills, CO.
