Richard Carl 'Dick' Roseberry, age 76, of Marion, died unexpectedly Friday, April 23, 2021 at home.

Dick was born in Marion, Ohio on November 26, 1944 to the late Carl Rue and Mary Ann (Pinchock) Roseberry. He graduated from Marion Harding High School in 1962. Shortly after graduation, Dick entered the US Army where he was stationed in Germany during the Vietnam War. After his term in the service, he remained a member of the National Guard until his honorable discharge in 1984.

Dick worked in at Tecumseh Products, Rockwell International, BMI Industries and later retired from the United States Post Office.

He married Margaret Meade (Lane) on September 11, 2003. She passed away on January 1, 2015.

Dick was a true friend and family man. He enjoyed attending ALL of his daughter's and grandchildren's events trying never to miss a thing! He valued relationships and treasured long term and new friendships alike, always making the effort to keep in touch. He was kind, sentimental and extremely thoughtful. His joy came from making others happy! Dick was always on the go and loved to travel. He especially liked visiting historical sites and the ocean at the Outer Banks! He enjoyed being outside, working in his yard, walking his dog, fishing and going to baseball and football games. He was a life long Buckeye fan and long time Cleveland Browns and Indians fan. He enjoyed genealogy, tracing his family history, eating out and his weekly visits with "the breakfast bunch" from the Post Office. Most important to Dick, were his values and faith in God that he instilled in his daughter and grandsons, simply by living them out.

Dick will be missed by so many but especially by his daughter, Marni Stiles of Marion; grandchildren, Zayin, Kian, and Chayton Stiles; great-grandson, Benico Montalvo; Barbara Schneider, her children and grandchildren (California); brother, Steve (Marilyn) Roseberry, nieces; JoAnn Arend , Kathy Cermak, Sheri (Jeff) Horn ; loving companion, Sandy Coy and his dog (best friend) named "George W.".

Visitation will be held at Snyder Funeral Homes, Gunder/Hall Chapel, 347 West Center St., Marion, on Thursday, April 29, 2021 from 4 until 7 pm. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 10 am Friday, April 30, 2021 at St. Mary Catholic Church, 251 N. Main Street, with Father Thomas Buffer presiding. Burial will follow in St. Mary's Cemetery.
