Naomi Ruth Walker, 87 of Harvest, passed away on Friday, April 23rd, 2021 at her residence.

Mrs. Walker was born on January 6th, 1934 to Alvie Lee Smith and Zelpha Ruth Tribble Smith.

Mrs. Walker is survived by her son Tom Walker (Gail) of Dickson, TN; daughter Annie Tymitz (Ed) of Lenoir City, TN; grandson Bradley Walker of Athens, AL; sister Martha Tyler (Bobby) of Athens, AL; brothers Wayne Smith of Athens, AL, and Alvie Smith, Jr. of Athens, AL; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Preceded in death by her parents; husband Winford Walker; significant other John Vickers; and sister Betty Lewis.

Funeral Services for Mrs. Walker will be Monday April 26th, 2021 at 2:00 p.m. at Limestone Chapel Funeral Home, with Gerome Hilliard officiating. Visitation will be 12:00 p.m. – 1:50 p.m. at the funeral home. Burial will be at Limestone Memorial Gardens.

Mrs. Walker was a charter member of Midway Baptist Church, and she sang in the choir. She loved her family and spending time with them and her beloved dogs. She also loved taking care of her home, gardening, and eating out with friends.
