She is survived by her husband, Ray Berry, De Soto, MO; one daughter, Sharon (Mark) Garofalo, De Soto, MO and one son, Phillip (Nicole) Berry, Hassmersheim, Germany; grandchildren, Christopher Berry, Vanessa Berry, and Alexis Govreau; and several nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her parents; siblings, Cecil "Buck" Emily, Goldie Morris, Geneva Bartinikas, Varena Wells, Herbert Emily, Harold Emily, Blanche Donahue, Charles Emily, and Virginia Wideman. Carol worked as a nurse aid at St. Joseph Hospital, St. Charles, MO; secretary for Valle Lake; and worked for Visiting Nurse Association. She was an avid reader, loved cooking, watching T.V. shows such as cooking and home remodeling and especially Swamp People.
