H. Eugene Drose of Mount Pleasant, a clerk at Detyen's Shipyard died Friday in Mount Pleasant.
The funeral will be 3 p.m. Sunday at Wando Pentecostal Holiness Church. Burial will be in Mount Pleasant Memorial Gardens, directed by Stuhr's.
Mr. Drose was born Feb. 21, 1951 at Charleston, a son of Charles Foster Drose and Mrs. Frances Irene Hutson Drose. He attended Charleston schools and was a member of Wando Pentecostal Holiness Church.
Surviving in addition to his parents are: his widow, Mrs. Susan Litchfield Drose of Mount Pleasant; a daughter, Diane Christine Drose of Mount Pleasant; a brother, Charles F. Drose Jr. of Columbia; paternal grandmother, Mrs. Eulalie W. Drose of John's Island; maternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Roy O. Smith of Wando; and maternal great grandmother, Mrs. Dice Causey of Wando.
