Aliice Toler
PARLIER — Mrs. Alice M. Toler, a resident of Parlier for over 40 years, died Friday, May 11, in a Reedley hospital at the age of 88.
Funeral services were held Thursday in the Cairn's Chapel, Reedley, with interment following in Smith Mountain Cemetery.
Mrs. Toler was a native of Davis City, Ill., and came to California in 1911. She lived in Fresno and Visalia before moving to Parlier in 1932.
Survivors include her widower, Ralph T. Toler of Parlier; five daughters, Mrs. Gwenodine Martin and Mrs. Veronica Hasselman, both of Beloit, Wis., Mrs. Velma Clark of Visalia, Mrs. Marge Oakes of Santa Maria and Mrs. Viola Merill of Modesto; a son, Vernon Miller of Beloit; eight grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.
