Myrleen Allan Liddiard passed away at the age of 84 on April 17, 2021 in Nephi, Utah. Myrleen was born the eldest of seven children on June 22, 1936 in Springville, Utah to Lee Merle Allan and Madge Evans Allan. She graduated from Moroni High School and later that year she married Harold Gadd Liddiard in Fountain Green on October 1, 1954.

They made their home in Nephi and raised three children: Harold Todd (Michelle) Liddiard, Tonna Johnson, and Terina Liddiard. Before the children were born she worked as a teller at First Security Bank in Nephi. Years later she was hired at Valley Bank and became Head Teller at that location. Eventually she was the office manager of Nephi Dental Clinic from which she retired. Mom had no formal training beyond high school, but her work ethic, ability to learn quickly, and amazing organizational skills more than compensated for any lack of formal education.

Mom and Dad loved to travel. They visited several countries and went on numerous cruises together. Mom had a cheerful, calm, and accepting disposition. Relationships with her family and friends had deep meaning for her. She was a member of Nautilus Club for many years. She participated in Senior Citizens and helped organize monthly activities which she enjoyed so much.

She profoundly felt the passing of family and dear friends. It was her nature to include everyone. Myrleen was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints and lately had served in the Nephi 9th Ward library.

Myrleen was preceded in death by her husband of 51 years, her parents, her brothers Gary Reed Allan, Joseph Frank Allan, and Rickey Evans Allan and her grandson William Bryce Johnson. She is survived by her three children; her brother Dean Allan (Peter) of Seattle WA, Patricia Carter, West Jordan, UT, and her brother Kent (Katie) Allan of Fountain Green, UT; her grandchildren Elise, Arielle, Hayden, Jackson, Brin, Darci, Ty, Nadalee, and Kyler; 8 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great-grandchildren.

Memorial services will be held Saturday, April 24, 2021 at 12:00 noon at the Nephi 9th Ward, 1125 North 400 East, Nephi, Utah. Visitation will be from 10:30-11:45 AM at the meetinghouse prior to the services. Interment and dedication of the grave at Vine Bluff Cemetery east of the meetinghouse after the service.

Neither Mom or the family wants anyone to risk their health or cause discomfort to attend the funeral service in person. If you would rather, please join us for the service online at http://mywebcast.churchofjesuschrist.org/Events/nephiutahnorthstake and click View for the Myrleen Liddiard Funeral.
