Audrey May Van Voorthuysen, a charter member of Hope Protestant Reformed Church in Redlands, where she was the pianist and organist for most of her life, died peacefully on March 5, 2021. She was 91.

Her four children, Karen Parham with her husband Gary, Gail Kamps with her husband Ken, Ron Van Voorthuysen with his wife Laura and Barb Schut with her husband Ron were at her side.

She was born on Aug. 14, 1929, in Los Angeles to Thys and Jeanette Feenstra and lived most of her life in Redlands.

She enjoyed serving on many committees at the church throughout the years.

Her husband of over 70 years, Everett Van Voorthuysen; brothers William Feenstra and his wife Shirley, and Gerald Feenstra and his wife Celia; 15 grandchildren, 45 great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews survive her.
