She was born in Sweetwater, Texas. She was the daughter of the late Homer R. and Wardie Lee Wood May. She was a registered nurse and had worked for Metroplex Hospital for 12 years before her retirement. She had owned and operated the Fisherman House and Store and Mobile Home Park on Stillhouse Lake for many years.
She is survived by one son, Greg C. Gregston of Texas; three daughters, Angie Collins of Texoma, Terry Gregston of Austin, and Diana Klebenow of Angleton; she is also survived by one grandchild.
